Established in 2001, Kroiz Architecture is a young firm with projects in the United States and Asia. They have a project-based approach to architecture and design and have assembled skilled teams appropriate to the needs of each project. This strategic flexibility has enabled them to maintain their focus on design and execute projects of varying size and complexity.

Kroiz Architecture's principal and staff are a dynamic teams with the ability to provide a full range of architectural services on small and mid-sized projects including residential, multi-family, commercial and mixed use. In addition to experience in sustainable design and preservation we maintain a focus on design excellence that has garnered numerous design awards.

Founded by Baltimore Native Gabriel Kroiz and located in a Historic Storefront in Fells Point, Kroiz Architecture is committed to this city and its redevelopment. In addition to practice, they support numerous community groups such as Arabber Preservation Society and perform pro-bono architectural services on their behalf.
