On a beautiful Sunday afternoon, ten Faculty Advisors, Mentors and Student Leaders gathered to update the LEAFHouse project schedule. Resisting the temptation to be outdoors, the group spent over two hours discussing upcoming team tasks.

Mentor Dale Dale Leidich worked wth Project Manager and Student Leader Zo Zoliana on a laptop using Mircosoft project. The project team viewed a large projection of the schedule and worked together to finalize LEAFHouse tasks.

Deadlines and milestones were incorporated from the fall class syllabus. Student teams within the architecture and engineering courses were assigned activities and deliverables with set completion dates.

The end result was a draft schedule with realistic tasks and durations that will be used as a baseline throughout the final steps of the LEAFHouse drawings and documentation set and the begining stages of house construction.
