The mechanical engineering group will oversee the design, installation and operation of the heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) systems, domestic hot water system, thermal storage and passive solar features, as well as all water management systems used in, on, and around the house.  Many opportunities for innovation exist in this area.
